Membership Freeze Continue Form
Following the government announcement, payments are restarting for most health, fitness & leisure facilities. Your chosen health, fitness & leisure provider has allowed you to continue to freeze your membership if you do not feel comfortable in returning just yet. Please use this form if you wish to continue to freeze your membership and *payments for a further period of between 1 and 3 months. Please note, this will prevent access to the facility until your payments recommence.
*If your next Direct Debit payment is less than 3 working-days away, this payment cannot be stopped by us, and you must cancel your Direct Debit at the bank if you wish to prevent the payment being taken from your account. Harlands are unable to stop this payment, however, please be advised that you will need to re-join the facility if you do cancel your Direct Debit instruction.
